Hey Joost, I just looked into your tracking link with Canada Post and it looks like the delivery was refused - potentially an issue with your address. We will send you an email to rearrange delivery.
I purchased a set of RAV baskets. I paid to Deorum $28+$24 = $52 USD ( incl S&H). When it arrived I had to pay an additional $42 USD.
Had I known the total cost of $94USD for this set of ski pole baskets, I would have not purchased it at this high price. Deorum should have warned me if their S&H price is not covering the shipment.
I also did not get the 10% initial discount for a fist time buyer advertised on the website. Overall a disappointing experience if you are live in the US.
Hey Peter, sincerest apologies for unexpected import costs. We try to make it really clear on the website that we have no control over tariffs and duties on shipments to the USA. We have refunded your entire shipping costs and the equivalent of the 10% sign up discount to try and help with the costs. Regardless of this, hopefully you score a few good turns and some good clips with your RAV Baskets this winter. All the best.

I love having a GoPro mount molded to my ski pole basket, it's secure and in the perfect place. I don't have to carry any extra mounts, no play/wiggling in the mount, its perfect!

I previously couldn't be bothered bringing out the GoPro until a buddy picked up the baskets and showed me how quick and seamless it was to get some crispy follow cams. Purchased a pair for myself and we've had a ton of fun passing the camera back and forth. Stoked!
Got given a pair of these by a mate when they were still in development. Used all season at TC in New Zealand last year and they worked a dream. Used on Black Diamond touring poles.
I bought a pair of these a few weeks ago and they've been awesome! I was a bit worried about fitting them, as I do not own a nice pair of poles with the recommended thread. They are "Ex-rental" poles, but even with the metal clip on my poles, I pushed them on and they've held through all the pow, slush and crud. Stoked!
Not only are these great baskets looks and use wise, but having the simple Go-Pro attachment is game changing. I’ve put them on my Black-Diamond traverse poles and they work a dream. Go-Pro slides on and off super fast and easy so I can film whenever needed. Great product, love it!
