Deorum Ski Co ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://www.deorumski.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

IMPORTANT: International Shipping & Refused Deliveries

All international orders (outside of Canada) are shipped with the understanding that the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees, unless your checkout shows that duties and taxes are prepaid.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of these charges, all costs incurred by Deorum Ski Co in connection with the return — including reverse shipping, carrier fees, duties, taxes, and tariffs — will be deducted from any eligible refund.

If these charges exceed the original order value, no refund will be issued.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Purchases that are shipped to Canada include all applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to import duty, brokerage fees or tariffs. These are excluded from the charged shipping costs unless stated otherwise and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping, duties & import taxes paid can not be refunded.
