This is up to the sole discretion of DEORUM SKI CO and does not cover misuse, abuse or clear product neglect. We don't cover things like snapped poles or lost poles, but if this does happen, hit us up with a friendly email with the subject CRASH REPLACEMENT, and we will try to help you out with replacement parts.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Shipping Ski Poles is expensive, but we subsidise the rates you are shown. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Depending on where you are, there might be duties or tariffs on your order as we ship all products from Canada.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you have a change of mind, email us and work something out.
